it will take a few days (3-4) for them to fully adjust, just like you. don’t expect a great night’s sleep and find a middle ground between feeding at off times and sticking to a regular nap and sleep schedule.

natural sunlight and fresh air is the best way to stay awake. be out and about as much as possible during the day.

turn your stroller into an instant nap pod with a blanket and portable sound machine so that you can explore the city while the kids snooze.
